SAMPLE review — We wanted our west Plano kitchen to feel new without moving anything. AMAC painted the cabinets, swapped the hardware, installed quartz counters and set a subway tile backsplash. The written scope listed every item and the price before anyone touched a cabinet door. Photos came at the end of each day, so we knew where things stood while we were at work. When the counter install slipped two days, they told us that morning, not after. Done in 16 working days, and the kitchen was clean every evening.
FAQ
Most kitchens take 4–8 weeks once materials are on site. We order cabinets and counters before demolition, so the room is not sitting gutted while you wait on a supplier. You get a schedule at the start and an update whenever a date moves.
We coordinate it. Our licensed partners do the plumbing (TSBPE) and electrical (TDLR) work, including moved sinks, new circuits and lighting. You deal with one company and one schedule, and the licensed work is done by people licensed to do it.
It depends on the city and the scope. Moving plumbing, adding circuits or changing walls usually needs one in Plano, Frisco, Dallas and most DFW cities. We pull or coordinate the permits the city requires and schedule the inspections.
Yes. If the cabinet boxes are solid, new doors or paint with new counters and tile is a smaller job. We will tell you on the walk-through whether your cabinets are worth keeping.
After a walk-through we write a scope that lists every item, the materials and any allowances, with a price for that scope. If you change something mid-job, you get a written change order and price before we do it.
Yes. Estimates are free across our DFW service area. Small repairs can often be priced from photos. Larger jobs get a walkthrough. Either way you get a written scope and price before work starts, and nothing begins until you approve it.
Two jobs with the same name rarely cost the same. A ceiling patch in Plano and one in Fort Worth can differ in size, texture, access and paint match. We would rather see your job and give you a real number in writing than post a range that does not fit it.
The written price covers the written scope. If we open a wall and find something the scope did not cover, like rot, a failed pipe or damaged framing, we stop, send you photos and write up a change order. Nothing extra happens without your sign-off.
