These terms apply to this website and to estimates and work from Anytime Maintenance and Construction, LLC (“AMAC”, “we”). By sending a request or hiring us you agree to them. The written scope for your job can add to them; where the two differ, the signed scope wins.
Estimates
An estimate, a price given on the phone or a number in a text or email is our best figure from what we know at that point. It is not binding until a written scope is signed by you and by us. The scope lists the work, the materials, the price and what is not included. If we find something behind a wall or under a floor that the scope could not have seen, we stop, show you, and agree a written change before doing more.
Our guarantee
Our workmanship is covered by The AMAC Done-Right Guarantee. What it covers, what it does not and how to make a claim are on the guarantee page, which is part of these terms.
Scheduling and cancellation
- We give you a time window and the name of the person coming. If we are running late we tell you before the window closes.
- You can reschedule or cancel a visit free of charge by calling or texting us before the visit.
- Once materials have been ordered for your job, the scope says which of them can be returned and what a cancellation costs.
- Weather, supply delays and conditions we cannot control can move a start date; we tell you as soon as we know.
Payment
- The written scope states the price, any deposit and when each payment is due.
- Larger jobs are billed in stages that match the work completed; we invoice the final payment when you have walked the finished work with us.
- Invoices are due on the terms printed on them. We accept the payment methods listed on the invoice.
- We do not lend money or arrange credit. If you use a third-party lender, that agreement is between you and the lender.
Photos of your project
We photograph our work to document it for you and for the warranty. We publish photos of your home or business on this website or elsewhere only with your permission, and never with your name, street address or anything that identifies you. You can say no when we ask, and you can withdraw permission later by emailing hello@amacnow.com; we then remove the photos from this website and stop using them in new material.
Text messages
When you tick the consent box on a form, you agree that AMAC may call or text you at the number you gave about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or call (214) 616-6452; reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost rent or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Texas law that cannot be limited by contract, or our responsibility for damage we cause through negligence.

Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking it through will be heard in the state or federal courts of [county: counsel to confirm], Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version and date at the top of the page change when we do. The terms in force when you signed your scope apply to that job.
