What we're planning

What the plan will include

Planned, not final: the list and the price come from the people on the waitlist.

  • Planned

    Quarterly checkups

A tech walks the house each season: filters, caulk, smoke detectors, gutters, the slow drip under the sink.

  • Planned

    Priority scheduling

Members go to the front of the line when something breaks.

  • Planned

A standing rate on small repairs

One agreed rate for the small fixes, so you never wait on a quote for a twenty-minute job.

  • Planned

    One record of the house

Photos and notes from every visit in one place, handy when you sell or file a claim.

FAQ

Pricing and estimates

Are estimates free?

Yes. Estimates are free across our DFW service area. Small repairs can often be priced from photos. Larger jobs get a walkthrough. Either way you get a written scope and price before work starts, and nothing begins until you approve it.

Why don't you list prices on the website?

Two jobs with the same name rarely cost the same. A ceiling patch in Plano and one in Fort Worth can differ in size, texture, access and paint match. We would rather see your job and give you a real number in writing than post a range that does not fit it.

Will the final price match the estimate?

The written price covers the written scope. If we open a wall and find something the scope did not cover, like rot, a failed pipe or damaged framing, we stop, send you photos and write up a change order. Nothing extra happens without your sign-off.

How do you price a remodel?

From a site visit and a written scope that lists layout changes, materials, finish level, permits and schedule. Finish choices drive most of the swing, so we price the selections you actually make wherever we can. You get the full scope and price in writing before you commit.

SAMPLE review — We wanted our west Plano kitchen to feel new without moving anything. AMAC painted the cabinets, swapped the hardware, installed quartz counters and set a subway tile backsplash. The written scope listed every item and the price before anyone touched a cabinet door. Photos came at the end of each day, so we knew where things stood while we were at work. When the counter install slipped two days, they told us that morning, not after. Done in 16 working days, and the kitchen was clean every evening.

SAMPLE review — Our primary bath in Frisco had a cracked tub surround and a vanity coming apart at the seams. AMAC took it down to the studs, built a walk-in shower with large-format tile and set a new double vanity. They told us up front that the plumbing would go to their licensed partner, and that work sat in the same written scope. Permit and inspections were on the schedule from day one. Four weeks start to finish, and the two small punch items from the final walkthrough were fixed within two days.

SAMPLE review — I own two rentals in McKinney and needed a three-bedroom turned between tenants in under a week. They walked the house the day I reached out, sent a written scope that afternoon and started two days later. Full interior paint, LVP in the bedrooms, new blinds, a running toilet handled by their plumbing partner, and a punch list of small repairs. Before and after photos of every room landed in my inbox. The house was listed on day six.

SAMPLE reply — Thanks for approving the scope the same day. A turn in under a week only works when the owner can sign off fast, and you did. We kept the paint colors and the LVP spec from this house on file, so your second rental can be scoped from the same list. — AMAC
