SAMPLE review — I own two rentals in McKinney and needed a three-bedroom turned between tenants in under a week. They walked the house the day I reached out, sent a written scope that afternoon and started two days later. Full interior paint, LVP in the bedrooms, new blinds, a running toilet handled by their plumbing partner, and a punch list of small repairs. Before and after photos of every room landed in my inbox. The house was listed on day six.
AMAC replied
SAMPLE reply — Thanks for approving the scope the same day. A turn in under a week only works when the owner can sign off fast, and you did. We kept the paint colors and the LVP spec from this house on file, so your second rental can be scoped from the same list. — AMAC
SAMPLE review — A leak from an upstairs bathroom left a stained, sagging patch in our Richardson living room ceiling. They cut it out, hung new drywall, matched the knockdown texture and repainted the whole ceiling. They answered fast and the price matched the written estimate. One star off because the first texture pass was a little heavy near the light fixture. They came back the next week, redid it at no charge, and now you cannot find the patch.
AMAC replied
SAMPLE reply — Thank you for letting us come back. The first knockdown pass near the fixture was too heavy, and we should have caught it at the walkthrough. We now check texture under the room's own lighting, with the lights on and off, before we call a ceiling done. — AMAC
SAMPLE review — We had a list of eleven small things around our house in Allen that had been piling up for a year: two sticking doors, a loose stair rail, cabinet hinges, caulk around both tubs and a side gate that would not latch. One tech, one day, every item checked off. He sent a photo of each fix before he left. Booking it took about ten minutes by text.
FAQ
A TDLR-licensed HVAC partner. We take your call, scope the problem, schedule the visit and stand behind it. You deal with us, and the technician holds the license Texas requires for air conditioning and heating work.
Check that the thermostat is set to cool, the filter is clean and the breaker for the outdoor unit is on. If the outdoor fan is not spinning or the indoor coil has ice on it, turn the system off and send us a photo.
Once a year for each season is the usual advice: the AC before a DFW summer and the heat before winter. A tune-up catches weak parts and clogged drains before they fail on the hottest week.
Often, yes. A clogged condensate line backs up the drain pan and it overflows. Turn the system off, put a bucket down and call. Our partner clears the line, and our own crew repairs the ceiling once it dries.
This service is repairs and maintenance. If a repair no longer makes sense, our partner tells you why, and you get it in writing before you decide anything.
Yes. Estimates are free across our DFW service area. Small repairs can often be priced from photos. Larger jobs get a walkthrough. Either way you get a written scope and price before work starts, and nothing begins until you approve it.
Two jobs with the same name rarely cost the same. A ceiling patch in Plano and one in Fort Worth can differ in size, texture, access and paint match. We would rather see your job and give you a real number in writing than post a range that does not fit it.
The written price covers the written scope. If we open a wall and find something the scope did not cover, like rot, a failed pipe or damaged framing, we stop, send you photos and write up a change order. Nothing extra happens without your sign-off.
