SAMPLE review — A leak from an upstairs bathroom left a stained, sagging patch in our Richardson living room ceiling. They cut it out, hung new drywall, matched the knockdown texture and repainted the whole ceiling. They answered fast and the price matched the written estimate. One star off because the first texture pass was a little heavy near the light fixture. They came back the next week, redid it at no charge, and now you cannot find the patch.

SAMPLE reply — Thank you for letting us come back. The first knockdown pass near the fixture was too heavy, and we should have caught it at the walkthrough. We now check texture under the room's own lighting, with the lights on and off, before we call a ceiling done. — AMAC
